骨 肉 皮 剧场
Bone, Flesh, Skin, and Theater
骨：因为原有建筑的空间和结构比较复杂，加之素混凝土表面的原始美，让我们决定在这个方案里充分利用现有的建筑结构，以骨为架，展示原始混凝土结构，营造精简节约且更具开放性的剧场空间。
Bone: Causing the complicate structure of the original space, and the primitive beauty of her concrete surface, we decided to use the old, the bones as framework, show the original concrete structure, and create a more simplify, economical, and open space of theater.
肉：在这个设计里，肉被精简至器官，即剧场的功能空间。我们将少量现有墙体拆除，加设混凝土看台，提供更多的观众坐席。并根据观众席高度和现有建筑结构，进行视线设计和声学设计。采用伸出式舞台，让观众席与舞台完全连接成一体，前三排可拆卸的观众席位为剧场实现更多空间灵活性。
Flesh: In this project, the flesh was retrenched to organs, the function space of theater. We demolished some existing walls, add the concrete stands, and provided more spectator seats. According to the height of seats and existing structure, we did the sight line design and acoustical design. The extended stage makes the stage and spectator seats become one. Causing the first three lines of seats on the extended stage could be removed; the theater realizes more flexibility and possibility.
皮：皮在这里指器官化装饰，裸露地展现材料、设备本身的美。使用最少的资源，避免一切装饰品，排除干扰，使空间有效的指向人与人的交流，台上与台下的交流，在情境中的交流。
Skin: here skin means organogenesis decoration, showing the beauty of material and equipment barely. Minimizing resource, decorations and interference, the space could be concentrated to the communication between people and people, up and down the stage, in the context.
