银河是一款可以制造彩色星系效果的灯饰系列。静止的灯具看上去像在旋转。用手转动灯饰会产生3D的星星幻象。不停地转动灯饰，你会感觉正处身于真正的星河，甚至更加辽阔的宇宙中。

对于营造温馨的家庭感觉，每个家庭都会有不同偏好，有的喜欢种植盆栽植物，有的喜欢宠物，而设计师则喜欢收集与行星相关的元素。首先便是我们的地球，其次还有月亮、木星、火星和天王星。我不断地收集这些元素直到我的家庭天文馆最终建成。但是没有行星的星球就像脱离池塘的鸭子。因此，拥有自己创造的星系的天文馆成了我的终极目标。而网格状的星系能呈现极佳的视觉效果，恰好满足设计师的要求。

与设计师之前的作品相比，Milkyway通过运用丰富的色彩进一步增强了白光效果。只有在缺少光线的情况下，颜色才会显现，这种特性让我深深着迷。如绿色，我们都认为那是自然色，但事实上绿色在灯光中却不受欢迎，灯具装置并不使用这种颜色。紫红色才是生命的颜色。绿色叶子的颜色是反射出来的还是说其实紫红色才是它真正的颜色呢？不论答案如何，请尽情享受Milkyway的炫彩灯光和环绕的宇宙！

Things are changing. Especially the future of light. No wonder the benefits of LEDs are enormous. Studio Dennis Parren is known that it plays with the magic of this new technology and that’s why we want you to know we are going to release a new light called the Milkyway.

The Milkyway is my new light that projects a colored galaxy. It seems to revolve while standing still. By turning it around with your hands the stars seems to be 3D. Cross each other. Turning round and round. As if you embark a real galaxy. Something that is bigger than me and you. That is universal.

Some have potted plants, others have pets. But I started to collect planetary things to have that ‘home sweet home’ feeling. Starting with a globe. Supplemented with our moon, Jupiter, Mars and Uranus. Continue to collect until my planetarium at home was completed. But planets without stars would be like a duck without a pond. To have my planetarium with my own galaxy seems to me as the ultimate thing. Something that meet my needs and would put things into perspective. The ultimate galaxy grid.

Besides this bigger picture and comparing it with my previous work the Milkyway builds up white light by using all colors. The colors only appear when there is a lack of light. Still fascinates me that we see a color because something is missing. Like the color green for instance. We think it’s the color of nature, but actually it’s the part of light plants don’t use. Green is trash light. Magenta is actually that makes life possible. Are leafs green because it reflects green or is it magenta because that is actually the color it uses? But never mind my mind boggling. Above all I would like you to enjoy light and the universe around it.
