工厂变花园:上海宝钢煤场筒仓改建项目

        项目位于上海宝山区最北面的宝钢厂区内,是一个煤场筒仓的立面改建设计。业主希望将厂区打造成为一个花园式的原料厂,对厂区的规划布局进行了新的调整,引入生态环保节能的规划设计理念。在此背景下,希望对厂区的一组煤场筒仓进行改建。因筒仓为厂区最高的建筑,同时北临长江,南俯整片厂区,因此业主希望筒仓在改建之后,成为园区的标志性建筑,并能体现企业发展升级的环保、节能、生态的整体战略理念。

       The building is located in the site area of coal yard in Bao Steel. It is in the north area of Baoshan district in Shanghai. The client hope will become a garden-like factory building materials factory, the factory layout for the new adjustment, the planning idea of the introduction of ecological environmental protection and energy saving. Under this background, the hope of a set of coal silo in factory. For silos of the tallest buildings in the factory, at the same time, the Yangtze river in the north and south down the whole factory, so the landlord wants to silo after reconstruction, is the landmark building, and can reflect the enterprise development to upgrade the overall strategy of the environmental protection, energy saving, ecological concept.

       筒仓本身为储煤罐,煤经管道设备从筒仓一侧的上部进入,又从筒仓下部经设备管道从另一侧输出。建筑的功能较为简单,但每一个筒仓直径25m,高度48m,上部的传送装置高度12m,下部三十个筒仓和上部两条传送装置形成一个巨构的形体。

         如何把一个冰冷的的巨构建筑进行去工业化改建,是建筑师面临的挑战。设计从建筑学自身面对的问题出发,关注于结构逻辑、建构和材料等问题展开改建设计工作。

        改造把握以下几个原则:第一,体现筒仓的圆柱型特点,在此基础上进行强化;第二,所有外加的部分,都能自成独立的体系;第三,把下部圆柱形的筒仓与上面线性的传送装置有机结合为一个统一的整体;第四,弱化巨构的空间感受,在近人的空间尺度上进行精细化设计,消除建筑的冰冷之感;第五,引入生态绿化可持续的绿色建筑理念。

     在此原则之上,展开设计。首先对基本型进行了三个动作:整合,升起与斜切。

1)整合:用大平台把所有筒仓整合在一起;

2)升起:强化圆柱形的特点,将下部筒体上升并与传送装置咬合在一起,形成有机的整体;

3)斜切:为了消除30个筒体的单调之感,在顶部进行切割,形成丰富的天际轮廓线。

    在对基本型进行了三步操作之后,形成了仓筒改建之后新的建筑形式。立面顶部旋转变化的造型,犹如江边的浪花,跌宕起伏。

      在此设计核心理念的基础上,运用加法原则,对基本型进行了九级进化,完成最终改建。

     为减少混凝土的冰冷之感,在20米左右的高度对仓筒的表皮进行了柔化,用竖向木百叶结合垂直绿化,并在图案排列上拼贴出城市剪影的意向。

    建筑北临长江,南俯厂区,因此在仓筒与传输装置交接的标高处,布置一条景观走廊,把上部与下部连接起来。

       在新进加入的元素中,归类为分为两个级别,A级为必须类,B级为可选类。必须类元素把控着建筑形体的造型变化的基本原则,可选类元素在此基础之上进行完善。
