项目位于北四环亚运村的中心位置北辰时代大厦20层，租区为长方形南北走向，大面积窗户朝东，一部分朝南，俯瞰整个北京城。
Jiem Investment is located at 20th floor of North Star Time Building, Yayuncun district, North 4th Ring, Beijing. The rectangular shaped office expands to both north and south. Most its windows are east facing, the rest face south. Looking out through the windows, one could almost see the complete city landscape.
虽说是传统的投资公司，但我们还是做了大胆的决定，推翻保守的风格，寻求突破，设计了一套以黑白灰为主色调的方案，既现代又不失稳重。
In terms of trade, Jiem Investment is no difference from other investment companies. However we have decided not to follow the conventional style which can be frequently seen elsewhere. Our design solution for the client incorporates a major colour theme of black, white and grey, delivering a visual result that is both contemporary and professional.
前厅地面大面积为浅灰色木纹石，局部深灰色木纹石，目的是在材质统一协调的同时又不呆板空旷；背景墙是由带框的双层玻璃灯箱组成，配合棉纸质感的贴膜和内置的发光灯带，既解决了逆光所带来的压抑感又通过似透非透的装饰效果给整个空间增添了一丝禅意。前台是一块完整的黑色镜面不锈钢，配以镂空的发光logo呈现，没有任何多余的造型。会议室及办公室的隔断也都采用了金属框喷漆的做法，金属框的分隔则是在等分的基础上局部做出不规则的变化，即无序又有序。中间两块分割做了磨砂效果的贴膜，使整个隔断既通透又私密，给人若隐若现的感觉，整个空间效果在简洁雅致的同时又充满了视觉的延展性。
The floor of the front area is covered mostly with light grey Serpeggiante Marble. dark grey pieces of the same type are used in the centre to create a subtle difference without breaking the continuity of style. Behind the reception, a wall made of double sided light boxes stands: each of the light boxes is framed black, with soft white light coming through the cotton paper textured glasses. The light box wall provides illumination and comfort to the reception area which lacked natural light source. Its translucent appearance delivers an ambience of Zen. The front side of reception desk is covered with one piece of mirror surfaced stainless steel in black. No surplus decoration is applied except the company logo is cut out and lit from inside.
The office area and meeting room are divided by glass walls with black metal grids. The grids are mainly evenly structured with some irregularity in details, denote flexibility within order. Two pieces of glass in the middle have frosted coating, providing privacy for both areas while enabling enough light to travel through. As a result the whole space looks elegant and neat, yet each area feels unrestricted and free.
